“Giusy D’Arrigo’s creations express the very essence of her long and articulated artistic research, always oriented towards a meeting point and a balance between the materials and the work itself, which in fact becomes her expressive potential, through her own personal and original aesthetic idea.”
(Luca Misiano – Art historian)

“I am fascinated by the archetypal shape of the spiral which is mysteriously found in the primitive structure of the animal and vegetable world, loaded with mathematical symbols and metaphysical meanings. Between strange shapes and ancient signs, I rediscovered a reality that mysteriously comes from time and is projected into time, a world that presents itself to our eyes, as tangible as it is unreal, as remote as it is contemporary, through innumerable vortices enclosed in human minds which tell of splinters of the past, in which to see personal “Spiral Lives” of each of us… Lives, who choose to win or lose, to fight or desist, to live or die; logarithmic “Spiral Screw” which, like mine, leave unconditional space for one’s dreams and the will to make them come true; “Spiral Lives” that give free voice to their own conscience which, while struggling to ascend towards infinity, are nourished every day by passion and immense faith…”
